Digicel, you need to fix the problem that we've been experiencing a long time on your topup website and app for Haiti. The payment cannot be through with whatever credit or debit card we use, even with PayPal. Here's the kind of that keeps showing up: There is an issue with the payment method. please contact support for details. Many people have the same problem. Napcom doesn't have this kind issue. Please, do something!

I've being using this app for awhile now never had any issue until yesterday. They have made 5 transactions as They have 2 phone numbers that's were automatically set up for auto top-up in which I had no idea about. Had to shut my bank card down as the bank called me saying a fraudulent activity was seen. Please read through carefully when sending top up and unchecked a box at the bottom of your screen that's for automatic top up thank you!

The most recent upgrade OBLITERATED all my login settings! I lost everything! I am very ANGRY! My time has been WASTED setting up a new account on the apo. How dare you screw up my day!! Update: Your most recent update still sucks. I DEMAND that you restore the app to its former functionality. All my information, transaction history and frequently topped up numbers are inaccessible. I can't even logout and use a different login on this app. It worked for years and now you've destroyed it!
