They offered me goconfirm with extra money and then my train got waitlisted where they were supposed to give me refund and now its been 10 days but I am not getting refund. This is how they fool others. Their customer support is also very poor and just keep on delaying the issue so that the coupon/voucher should expire and then highlight customer's issue. They are just eager to mark the issue resolved without giving resolution and then hang up the call. Really very disappointing

App is good. Even though I am making lot of payments, it seems they are having some restriction on how many times I can search some stay or travel, which is kind of annoying while in a hurry to book some thing. I am sure of this because I tested parallely with two accounts. It is happening for my account but not happening for the other account which doesn't even made one payment

Really frustrated with the app.. no customer support nothing... I have been using this app for more than 4 years now but when I have to raise a complaint there is no means to contact the support team.. really frustrated with the way goibibo works Hi Deepak, where do you expect me to give the feedback??
