BlaBlaCar: Carpooling and Bus 4+

Hi,guys I’m using your app from 2015 and thank you because you save a lot of money for me. But you need to improve many things on app! The most annoying problem is,from Iphone I cannot check if are more rides in that day!If I search,no results! I checked from my girlfriend samsung phone and from her one I can see the rides(all of them),from my iPhone nothing!!not even my ride!why?? Also from all the phones why is impossible to open web page,without to send me trough the app??because you had the same problem in the past( I couldn’t see and check how many rides are in total in that day and what are the prices) but if I opened trough web page I could see at least there all the rides!Now impossible!! Third problem!Why from the phone I cannot select that I have 4 empty seats??the maximum is 3 seats from the phone app!
Why you don’t increase the prices if the price for fuel now is almost double?
Why I cannot change my departure time if someone already reserved a seat??
Why I cannot fix my arrival time for or my stops,also for destinations??because your ETA is to late!!

This is the second time I have tried to use the app, my first experience was not so good as I was trying to commute from Roma to Milano and found a ride for around €24 after communicating with the driver they somehow managed to send me their WhatsApp number through the app to continue the conversation and arrange a collection and we agreed but then instead of asking me to complete the payment through the app asked me to complete through the link they sent! When I clicked this it changed from €24 to €240 then it changed again to 7800PLN then again to 488RUB seeing this I mentioned it to the driver who was saying just confirm it will only take €24 well it’s better I check with Bla Bla support.

As soon I mentioned this! Communication stopped the driver vanished and 10 minutes later had the same journey advertised again under a different name ‘Aurore’ with the same feedback.

However all this! I tried to use it again to reach Bergamo from Linate in Milano and this time it all went through as it should I paid through the app and was charged what was advertised so happy days..

Always pay through the app and not through links drivers send you

Had an amazing first experience. Madrid to Sevilla for €17 and made a fantastic friend. When I wanted to make the journey back, I booked a week in advance. I tried to cancel over 24 hours before the journey as wanted to go earlier, and was offered a 100% refund minus €15 booking fee. What the hell is this? So I get €3 back? Hahaha. Then, the rider cancelled 12 hours beforehand anyway! I got a full refund, but where’s my €15 last minute cancellation refund? Now I’m panicking to find a trip to get there in time. Also, the app is FULL of fake profiles that send you their WhatsApp. They should 100% ID check the drivers as well, because it is FULL of scammers. Not sure why this is so rampant? Easily resolved, like why would someone post 20 trips 1 week after joining?

Overall, fantastic service full of value when it works. Terrible fraud prevention and customer service is non existent when you need it. Lots to improve (and these are not difficult fixes from a tech or customer retention perspective)
