如果可以會給負的星星 大家請小心， myheritage這網站，去年花錢製作懷舊動畫， 今年未經我同意居然給自動扣款，5976元，（居然這麼多，捶心肝啊！）快氣死了， 結果在會員網頁上也找不到取消訂購的方式或者取消信用卡的地方， 網站訂購到期前有寫信邀約我繼續訂購，我根本沒回覆，這樣就自動扣款，貴公司太坑人了吧！

在play商店或Apple account上面取消訂閱之後還得在網站上去取消一次，否則就會被自動訂閱坑，聯繫客服完全找不到mail可以申訴。 功能還行，就是收錢的手段用欺騙的形式而且還有刻意隱藏聯繫手段的嫌疑。

只有試用一下 研究了一天卻找不到取消訂閱的地方 不知道如何是好 可以幫我取消訂閱 或是告訴我如何取消訂閱嗎 我的line帳號是 miscro2015 有人可以幫幫我嗎 寫信去APP公司了也無解 我是用臉書登入進去這個APP的 google play 找不到訂閱記錄 臉書也無法找到取消訂閱的地方 但是已經收到簡訊即將扣款2970 不想每年都被扣啊 ！！

Hi Vicky, please see the following link on how to cancel a free trial, https://bit.ly/3sFFNnr. If you have only created an account but did not apply for a free trial, then there would be no need to cancel as the account is free to create.
