My Food - delicious ready-made food for the whole day with free delivery to your home or office. You will receive fresh homemade food: soups 🍲, hot dishes 🥩, salads and sweet desserts 🍰. The menu is not repeated for a whole month, each time something new awaits you. You no longer need to rack your brains over what to cook: just order a program of the desired duration - from 2 to 30 days.

Install the My Food app - it's the fastest and most convenient way to order. The application presents all three food lines: “Simple”, Lite and Travel. You can see a sample menu for the week with a photo of each dish.
The smart app allows you to easily change the date, time and delivery address. It also remembers your order history.

🥗 About us
The My Food menu was developed by a team of nutritionists together with the chef and prepared in our own modern production facility. Smart equipment monitors all processes and knows the temperature of each cutlet ;-)
All the ingredients are high quality and the food is prepared strictly before delivery so it is super fresh. We do not use freezing! Each food box contains the full ingredients, date and time of production.

You can be sure that your food will:
fresh (we cook and deliver immediately);
tasty (gentle sous vide technology helps preserve the taste and benefits of the ingredients);
varied (the menu is not repeated for a whole month, seasonal new items are regularly added);
safe (the HACCP product safety management system has been implemented in production).


🥙Nutrition programs
My Food is not a one-time delivery, but a full, thoughtful menu. You order a program of the duration you need and forget about cooking and washing dishes! And we regularly deliver fresh ready-made meals for 2 or 3 days. There is also a great option for office workers - eat only on weekdays from Monday to Friday.

“Simple” - tasty, satisfying and profitable. Large portions of everyone's favorite ingredients: chicken, fish, meat, vegetables and cereals. Select the required number of meals per day: from 3 to 6.

Travel - a variety of dishes from the world, every day a new culinary journey awaits you. The menu includes soups and drinks, hot dishes, salads and desserts. You can order from 3 to 7 dishes per day.

Lite is the ideal nutrition for weight loss and weight control. A fixed caloric intake will help you get in shape. Breakfast, hot meals and drinks in every diet,
and soups and salads alternate every other day. You can order 4, 5 or 6 dishes per day + drink.

Install the My Food app and log into it.
Select the desired menu, number of dishes per day and program duration.
Click "Order".
Please provide your address, date and time of first delivery. The application will independently calculate the delivery schedule.

We will deliver delicious ready-made food to your home at a convenient time and place in the morning. You only need to select the appropriate diet and indicate the delivery address. The “Simply” menu is presented in all cities, and Travel and Lite only in Moscow, Moscow Region and St. Petersburg.
