This app has just gone down hill. Just got an 80$ ticket after booking with them, because the lot I booked was connected to another lot with no identifing mark, and 0 info on the app to tell you this or which are you could park in. I've been having more and more trouble with the app the last few times I've used it, and will be deleting this forever. Makes me sad because I used to recommend this to anyone trying to park in Nashville.

Couldn't create or log in to my account. When trying to pay, I kept getting messages that the time was not available for an event that is definitely happening. Purchased through the browser with a similarly terrible experience. Make sure to screenshot your receipt so you can file a claim with your credit card company when you can't park.

Glitchy app, a pain in the behind. They have all data in my profile, incl. vehicle, but the app can't add the vehicle to a newly purchased pass, and there is no clearly visible button to add the one that's on file with them. Instead they bug you with texts and emails to add your vehicle. Could be way easier and more obvious to associate vehicles to purchased passes ...
