Absolutely useless. They always forget to get you tags on there products and then return is not possible. There customer service is garbage. They also provide incomplete or wrong products and it's your fault because you ordered from them I am so tired of them. Don't use the app. Its useless. P. S. - Exchange is allowed but you can't return your order even though they charge you convenience fee for every individual product. There convenience fee will continue to increase if you will return more .

The ajio app flickers when scrolling the page up and down putting a lot of pressure on the eyes. Have stopped using this app completely as it's such a poor experience even on high end phones with internet speed as high as 200 mbps. If the app experience isn't good at the best of internet speed and high end mobile, what's the use of even having this app. Your team should open the app and understand the poor experience yourself

App is not working properly since a month, not loading while opening sometimes, can't view widthlist, or account details, main issue is scrolling down has lot of jittering, its not smooth. Using samsung s9plus, android 10, one UI 2.5, have seen this jittery issue in other latest samsung phones aswell. Tried reinstalling the app and restarting the mobile aswell but didn't work
