Update your app, make it very customer friendly,I find your ads on social media of different products but on clicking on a specific product, I don't go straight to the actual item, the app opens then I have to manually search for it, pick a leaf from Brands For Less App. Very smooth customer friendly app. Find an ad on TikTok and just tapping on it will take u straight to the item in the app. SIVVI, LEVEL UP. 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

I absolutely love SIVVI! The variety of items, the great quality of clothing items, the genuineness of branded products, the easy delivery and returns option.... I do not have any complaints so far. It's been 6 months since I have been in Dubai and I have brought a lot of items from Sivvi especially branded shoes and I am very happy. 🙏✌️❤️

Product return policy is not very good, quick and feasible. No response even after 4 days. I have to get feedback by calling or mailing. Need a lot of improvement in this regard in contrast to other app of Noon itself. However discounts are good and delivery is in time but range like mobile chargers, wires, USBs etc not being covered properly.
