The app itself is good, easy to navigate with a fantastic selection of games and slots.
What I don’t like about the app is that every time I log on it has a download banner across the top of the app, I’ve already downloaded it, why does it need to be there ?

The most infuriating thing about the app is when opening a game it asks you if you want to shut down a previously played game and open the game you actually opened......if you happen to move your phone the game closes then asks if you want to close the game you’re playing and open the game you’re playing ??

If the developers can sort this out it would make the app much better.

To withdraw and deposit you are taken out of the app, seems a bit redundant having an app but I’m sure it’s for ‘security’ reasons. Just make the app better so you aren’t taken out to deposit and withdraw

Also pray you don’t win big and want to withdraw ! They’ll wrap you up in terms and conditions mumbo jumbo. Then when you ring them they have no idea what on earth is going on. The reason I was given for a withdrawal being declined by email was completely different to the reason I was given by the call operator.

Maybe as a company you need to enter the 21st century and process withdrawals/pay to bank within the hour like a lot of other casinos and betting sites

Was looking for a new app to play games for small amounts of money, more for fun than for making a living out of. I deposited the required amount and played the free 77 spins given as a promotion to entice new customers and won around £27 even though it would only let me have £20 of the £27 saying I had reached my limit (what a con) I decided to play a game through the app and in no time at all I’d spent £5. I checked my balance and there it was my cash I had deposited had been depleted by £5 not the bonus I had just won so basically you don’t win and they get you to spend £20 of your money (what an actual con) not happy glad I looked at my balance. Quickly withdrew my remaining £15 and lost my bonus money all of it (what a con) obviously the reels would have spun, spun and spun some more until I’d spent it all I bet there was also a wagering requirement that was 50 times what I’d put in delete the app saves you money in the long run. I don’t mind losing as I’m careful when gambling but this is pure extortion (what a con)
