Unable to log in CAST
Keeps getting oops something went wrong and we are working on it. I also have registered via VIU and received SingTel email my viu account is ready; but when I log in and was informed I’m not registered yet. Very confusing with the CAST and the VIU both apps.
CAST APP for Samsung TV is no good
CAST APP for smart tv is extremely inconsiderate towards users. The primitive feature of the app reminded of the era of TVs without remote control. Basic function to add shows is not there, you have to watch first in order to add to your list of shows. Same on the mobile APP. Also unable to remove shows already watched, but you can clear entire watch list. To kill one you kill all design. The forward and rewind function is a huge surprise in this modern time. Seems unable to link Samsung TV. And here is the deal breaker … shows do not autoplay next episode and there is no easy way to restart the show.
Cast to TV not working after update
After an update to look and feel of the app, the selected channel does not cast to TV but works on mobile.
