Bad Refund Policy
Several items I ordered were out of stock after I already paid for the items with Apple Pay; but they didn’t refund my money instantly!!!!! They told me it will take 2 to 14 days to receive my money back into my account; that’s horrible because they would never accept me to take groceries from them and say I will pay after 14 days !!!; so why do they expect me to wait for my refund
Order and delivery big gap !
They taken my order three times and given slots but didn’t delivery the product once and also they are not cancel the order until you are not call to ask where is your ordering item.
Very poor customer service not professional for supplies for online product.
