Since Shopee app launched online, I am getting more interested in doing online shopping via the app rather than having to walk through every shopping malls just to do all the shopping items. And during the pandemic, it’s really helping me so much and reduce my needs to go outside, especially during my pregnancy I did most of my shopping for prenatal to postnatal shopping needs and baby stuff thru this platform. Of course it’s really worth my time and money as I could compare the prices well between shopee online sellers as well as obtained many vouchers, discounts and rewards after shopping. The customer services provided from seller was at satisfactory level which attracted us the buyer to communicate for any information and inquiries of the sale items. I hope that Shopee will maintain their good services, improvise what is necessary as feedback by customers and please do not make same mistake like other platform even when the stability of the business had hit you. Customers attraction and interests protection shall be delivered continuously so that the platform will always be the customer’s choice for both sellers and customers. Delivery system so far quite systematic and satisfying. Keep on doing the good job for everyone.

Shopee is a platform that protecting customers’ interest. There were few events whereby I have encountered dishonest sellers which description and picture presented in the page did not tally with the actual items. There was an event when broken item was received as well. Shopee customer service officer will analyse the case and provide a fair judgement.m, as always.

I’m used to be a regular customer from Qoo10 and EZbuy. Especially Qoo10. Items in Qoo10 getting more and more expensive and they are pretty stingy with discount vouchers after their online platform stabilise. Moreover, it’s hard to get hold of their customer service officer when you in need. So I have stopped purchasing from Qoo10 . While in Shopee, Vouchers are easily obtained in fair manner. Majority of the products are cheaper than other online platforms. Of course still can’t fight with TaoBao. I do hope shopee will maintain their lower price strategies. Hope to improve till lowest price ever😂 and keep up their good work in customer service areas.

An app that advertises all over the internet that has no respect for consent. Constantly forcibly sending phone users to its app page despite me not accepting the prompt to be sent to the App Store. Ridiculous monthly and Bi monthly sales to encourage over consumerism in a climate that is worsened by overconsumption on a global level. Bare bone savings like any e-commerce platforms now a days. Rebates capped at 1-2% of your spenditure. All concealed in fine text, either unoptimised or blatant attempts to hide discounts from majority of the platform users. The encouraging of gambling through its promotion of gambling with reward and rebate tokens. The lack of a child filter, filters in general. constantly recommending adult toys with false product informations trying to outsmart the system. You’d think that such a big corporation would at least invest in some way to get customers that didn’t involve involuntarily being forced to see this ad everytime you flip a page of a book. Or without preying on weak willed compulsive individuals. But I guess the bottom line and capitalistic greed matters more than the actual customer base and the consent of smart phone users in general Since I can’t look at any articles or read my books without being forcefully chucked here against my will. I should give others something to read. I urge you. Boycott these conglomerates.
