Not worth the money, you can't edit the start/stop time of a fast, so god forbid you accidentally click the button. You'll just be stuck with misinformation forever, because you can't do a simple edit. Useless AI "helper" doors nothing. I already track my nutrition in my fitness pal and was hoping to only track in one place, but syncing with other apps is clunky and doesn't seem to actually receive information. Activity doesn't seem to sync either. Disappointing and I've requested my money back.

App needs a lot of improvement! I can input the exact same meals on different days and get different ratings. The bot is redundant, and I finally started to ignore it because I got tired of explaining why I couldn't exercise every day due to my disabilities, etc. When there is a problem with the app, the FAQ basically says to reinstall the app, which never fixed the issues. What motivation I had the first 3 weeks has been lost with pure frustration. At least I lost some weight.

So far so good. EDITING: I've been using this app for over a month and am editing my rating. I do like the app but there are some things it could improve. The food logging isn't very thorough. I understand this isn't counting caloriesbut it's a bit too general and criticizes my food choices. If I taste something and log it, this app assumes I ate a portion size. More frustrating, it won't save lengthier fasts which I'm working into. Not a good app for experienced IFers.
