A very poorly built app that just adds another level of frustration to people who are already seeking help. Absence of logical sequences in processes, broken user paths, missing options, and as a cherry on top, once you go to help option, there is no way to go back to the main app

Hello! We are sorry, perhaps this feature is not clearly reflected in the interface. You can add a mastercard in our application. In the settings in the column "payment method and payments".
